Pally

Pally handles life-admin triage, including reply reminders and birthday nudges.

What makes it worth listing separately from the relationship-reminder category is framing: the social nudges arrive as a side effect of completing tasks rather than being the reason the product exists. That distinction matters commercially, because products sold primarily as relationship reminders have a long history of weak retention. Raised a $5.2M seed at a $30M valuation.

Its own pricing page answers the onboarding question directly: there is no app to download and no account to set up, and you begin by tapping a text button on the site.

The channel row is iMessage and RCS, and nothing else, because that is what its pages say: you text one number, from Messages on an iPhone or from Google Messages on Android. WhatsApp, email and Slack are accounts you connect, and the WhatsApp one is the one it tells you to connect first: Pally reads the chats, flags the messages that need you, sends a daily catch-up, and sends replies once you have approved them, all from the iMessage thread. This listing said for three days that Pally reaches you inside WhatsApp; it does the reverse, and the founder's own demo of never opening WhatsApp again is the plainest statement of which way round it runs.

Read again in September, on a policy last updated the same day. It is one of only a handful here that says what happens to the people who never signed up, and it says it plainly: adding Pally to a group chat means the group's messages and the participants' handles and names, and group conversations may include personal information about other participants.

Two other things it publishes that nothing else does. You can connect Pally to ChatGPT or Claude and talk to it from there, and the policy says what that costs you: the replies, including personal information in them, go to that app under that app's terms. And you can point it at your own MCP servers, where the data is governed by whoever runs the server rather than by Pally.

Agentcard, a wallet built for agents, names Pally among the products it is trusted by on its own front page. Pally's own pages do not mention a card, so the sentence is the vendor's and the capability rows stay as Pally states them.

Its privacy policy, updated 15 September 2026, gained a section on teams: when you create or join a Pally team it stores the roster, sharing choices, invitations, and "messages between members' Pally assistants", and sharing a connected account with the team takes a one-time or standing permission from the account owner. That sentence is the agent-to-agent capability as this site defines it, one agent messaging another on its person's behalf, and it is recorded from the policy because the front page does not yet describe teams at all. It is the third listing here to state it, after Town and Instinct.

Two more things arrived in the policy dated 23 September 2026. Telegram became a third channel, with the front page naming @PallyAI_bot and saying Pally works "over iMessage on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, over RCS on Android, and on Telegram anywhere", so the channel row is three wide now. And Pally runs events: RSVP to one and authorised event staff can use your saved contact details, work details, public profile links, VIP eligibility, RSVP status and check-in state, and can export the attendee list. The policy then says the thing almost nobody writes down, that deleting your account removes the event data held in Pally and "cannot recall attendee lists already downloaded". That is a company telling you in advance which copy of your data its delete button does not reach.
