What separates Muse and Otty

Almost every comparison here is decided by the channel, because the products do not meet. This one is not. Both are in WhatsApp, so a person could run either in the same thread, and what is left is a straight question about scope.

What it will do

Muse handles email, calendar, bookings, travel, payments, research and code. Otty handles four things and they are all the same job: tasks, research, memory and email, pointed at finding work and applying for it. Otty is the only listing here whose whole product is one job rather than a set of them.

What it costs

Otty publishes the whole thing: free to start with 10 applications, once, then 39 euros a month for up to 70 applications and 99 euros for up to 175. It is one of the few listings priced in euros. Muse says free for most of what people need with plans above it, and names no figure. If you want to know what you will pay before you begin, only one of these answers.

What it asks before acting

Otty publishes a control and draws the line plainly on its front page: asking to see jobs does not give permission to apply, and you agree in the chat which jobs and how many applications. Muse names emails and purchases as the actions it confirms first. Both belong to the eighteen listings here that say anywhere public when the agent stops to ask, which is a small group.

Who trains on your messages

Muse states an opt-out with a switch. Otty's is qualified: it does not use personal data to train general-purpose models, which leaves its own models unaddressed. That phrasing turns up repeatedly in this market and it is worth reading twice.

Who is behind it

Meta, against Parallant OÜ in Tallinn, which makes Otty the only listing here operated from Estonia and answering under GDPR. It was called Bloome until September 2026, and the rename took the about page, the blog and twelve comparison pages with it.

Where the risk sits

Otty applies for jobs in your name. That is a narrower blast radius than an agent with your card, and a more personal one: the thing it sends carries your name to an employer. Muse's risk is breadth. Otty's is that one of those applications is wrong.
