How Wis.ai works

Wis.ai describes itself as an assistant hired the way a person would hire one: you choose the characteristics you want at the start, and it comes with its own computer and internet access, its own phone number and voice, and its own email address, and uses them the way a person would. You reach it over WhatsApp or Telegram, by its own statement, and it is currently open only to a select private group.

Its "what it can do" page is the most complete list of tasks any listing here publishes, several hundred, grouped by area: travel booked end to end and rebooked when a connection is missed, an inbox triaged and replies drafted in your voice for approval, a dentist booked, a plumber found and three quotes chased, a jacket bought if it comes in under a limit, a refund an airline owes chased, and the calls you would rather not make, made from its own number. On money it says in the same breath that it asks before it ever spends yours.

The policy is short and unusually plain. Sign-in is a single-use emailed code, no password; the messages and the material the assistant handles are kept to provide the service and improve your own assistant, and are never used to train models for anyone else, which is the same position Orchid takes and is recorded the same way. Data lives where the account does, US or EU and UK, and is deleted within 30 days of leaving. What it does not say anywhere is who runs it: no company, no founder and no address on any page read, only a privacy address.
