Wis.ai states that it asks before it ever spends and buys within limits you set. Instinct's terms go the other way with unusual candour: you appoint the service as your agent to enter into agreements and transactions for you, actions may not always be reversible, and every financial, contractual and legal consequence is yours. The honest summary is that neither can be checked on the thing that matters most. One has a name and a balance sheet you could look up, and the other has a stated rule about your money. Pick which of those you would rather rely on.
