How it works
Shuffle positions itself as "AI right where you are", an agent that lives in the group chats people already use rather than in a separate app. It works in both iMessage and SMS groups.
Invocation is explicit: you summon it with @agent rather than having it read and react to everything. Personality is adjustable, and it handles reminders. The explicit-summon model is a different trade-off from agents that stay resident and decide for themselves when to speak.
