Triages the inbox, drafts the reply and turns email into tasks, with a text line into it

alfred_ is an AI agent you reach on SMS and Email. To start, create an account. It reaches out on a schedule.

SMSEmail

How it works

Built for the inbox rather than for the thread. alfred_ triages what has arrived, drafts replies you send in one tap, pulls tasks out of email with their context attached, and keeps a workspace of boards and notes around it. The text line is one way in rather than the whole product.

It is one of the few listings here whose policy answers the question this directory asks hardest, and answers it plainly: indexed mail sits under the same row-level security as the rest of your account, is never used to train models, yours or anyone else's, and is never shared for advertising or analytics. Indexing looks back about 30 days from the moment you connect. Accounts inactive for a year may be deleted after 30 days' notice.

The pricing page names its comparison as openly as the policy does: $29.99 a month against $5,000 or more for a person.

What alfred_ does with your messages quotes the policy in full, names what it does not address, and says how that compares with the rest of the directory.

alfred_ publishes 5 of the 9 things we check for on every listing, which puts it 5th of 7 in email. They are listed there, and none of them is a judgement about quality.

Building one instead? The infrastructure side is a separate half of this site: every provider that carries these messages, what they charge, and what the headline price leaves out. Start with A2P 10DLC registration: what it costs and how long it takes.
