How textmyagent works
A chief of staff for the inbox and the calendar, aimed squarely at estate agents, connected in one text and run from there. No app, no dashboard, no new login.
It is the only listing here priced annually and only annually: $299 a year after a fortnight free, which the page helpfully restates as $24.92 a month.
Its supplier list is short and exact, and one entry in it is not repeated anywhere else in this directory: Anthropic reached through Amazon Bedrock rather than directly, with AWS for hosting, Twilio for SMS and Stripe for payment. Every other listing that names Anthropic names it as itself.
Two things to note about the paperwork. The operating company is KJ Bucketlist Inv, LLC, and the policy describes the service as available at textagent.io while the site you reach it from is textmyagent.app, so the document and the product do not agree on the address. The training line is a carve-out rather than a position: it rules out training third-party models and says nothing about its own.
