How Matcha works
A chief of staff rather than an assistant, by its own description: it holds your goals, your routines and the people around you, notices the follow-ups you meant to handle, and checks in around your calendar rather than at random. You can connect a calendar, an inbox or health data, or just text it.
The connected surface is wider than the marketing suggests. The policy lists Apple Health, Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Places, Strava and wearable platforms, and names OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini for the model work, which puts it in the small group here that names all three. It also says it runs on Telegram as well as iMessage, which the site never mentions. Since the policy dated 26 September 2026 it names the companies carrying those iMessages, Photon and Linq, and says a number given from the waitlist is shared with Photon before access is granted.
Its training answer is a carve-out rather than a position. It says Google Workspace data, meaning Gmail and Calendar, is not used to train generalised models and is not passed on for advertising, data brokerage, creditworthiness or lending eligibility. It says nothing equivalent about the messages you send it directly or about the health data you connect, which on a wellness product is the larger pool.
It is operated by Yildiz Labs AB, which makes it one of only two listings here run out of Europe, and it is free while the beta lasts.
