How it works
The oldest job in the assistant category, done in the place the job actually happens. You copy Howie into an email thread or text him, and he reads it, offers times, handles the replies, sends the invite and follows up when somebody goes quiet.
What separates it from the general assistants here is that it works the calendar rather than the conversation: holds, buffers, commute time, conflict watching, and a standing memory of your scheduling rules. It connects to the tools around that job, Granola, Linear, Notion and Todoist, rather than to everything.
Pricing is by credits rather than by seat, which is unusual in this set and means a heavy month costs more than a light one. The published policy took effect on 18 September 2025 and does not address training on your data, which for a product that reads your inbox and your calendar is the row worth asking about.
