How Espa works

Espa's pitch is the to-do list rather than the chat: you send it a text, a screenshot or a voice memo and it books the meeting, sets the reminder, or follows up next week, and you can loop it into an email, text or WhatsApp thread to handle the back-and-forth. The inbox side flags what matters, labels everything and drafts replies in your tone; the calendar side schedules over email on the paid plans.

Its prices are as complete as any here and shaped by limits rather than features: the free plan caps what Espa sends and does at ten each a month, the two paid plans lift the caps and add inboxes and integrations, and every figure on the page is the annual rate. The policy is dated March 2026, names its three model providers and says they hold the data under zero-retention terms and may not train on it; what Espa itself does with what you tell it is not the sentence, so the row reads qualified. Espa Labs, Inc., with three named funds and no round.

Whose hands your messages pass throughWho carries them, who runs the model, who drives the browser, and which of those Espa names. With what its policy leaves unanswered, counted against the rest of the directory.

Espa’s own pages answer 7 of the 9 questions this site asks of every listing. Not answered: names who carries the messages, says where to report a bug. More than most of its kind: 16th of 51 personal assistants.
