Catch vs Orchid
Both do email, calendar and booking, and they disagree about your data in a way neither markets. Catch says its vendors are contractually barred from training on it; Orchid says it trains a model on your data, just not one anyone else uses.

What actually differs
On capability these two are close. Catch covers email, scheduling, travel booking, outbound phone calls, tasks and reminders, and names more integrations than almost anything else here: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Notion, Asana and more. Orchid covers email triage, calendar, bookings, payments, reminders, memory and travel, and reports processing more than 220,000 emails.
The difference that matters is what each does with what it reads. Orchid's policy is the only one in this directory drawing this distinction: "We don't train shared models on your data. We train your model on your data." That is a real position and an unusual one. Catch's security page says AI vendors "process data solely to handle requests and are contractually prohibited from retaining or training on it", while also saying Catch uses your data to improve the experience, which is a qualified answer rather than a plain no.
Catch is $99 a month and claims SOC 2 Type II. Orchid publishes no price and came through Y Combinator's S25 batch.
Catch is for
Teams who want a stated compliance posture and a published price.
Orchid is for
People who want the agent to get better at them specifically, and are comfortable with what that means.
