A travel concierge over iMessage that says it is the first travel agent Apple approved, with a team behind the thread
Miso is an AI agent you reach on iMessage.
How Miso works
Miso's whole public description is one paragraph: a premium iMessage travel concierge, the first travel agent approved by Apple, that books flights over text with a dedicated team that knows your preferences, points and priorities, handles seat selection, loyalty status, changes and cancellations around the clock, and has direct airline integrations. The companion app on the App Store is for customers only, to see a trip at a glance; the thread is the product.
Two things in that paragraph matter to this directory and neither can be checked from the site. "Approved by Apple" would put Miso on Messages for Business beside Poke, which the listing here records as the first independent agent approved; Miso's page does not say which programme, and the way in is not published, so the access row reads unknown and the number-type row stays blank. "A dedicated team" is the Duckbill shape, people behind the agent, and how much of a booking is a person is not stated either.
The policy is from December 2024, predates most of what the paragraph describes, and says nothing about texting, models or training. The seller on the App Store is Miso Intelligence Inc; nothing else about the company is published. It is on imessage.store with a number the store shows and Miso's own site does not, which is why no number is recorded here.
