Nudge

A health coach in your texts at $29 a month, which it prints in the page title so nobody has to hunt for it, and prices explicitly against the $300 a month it says a human coach costs. It learns your hours, your gym situation and the diets that have already failed, builds a plan around them, and then does the part a plan cannot: texts to ask how the workout went, adjusts when mornings stop happening, and calls you out when you slip.

It is the second health listing here and the two are a study in contrast. Bo connects Oura, WHOOP and Apple Health and reads the numbers. Nudge connects nothing and works entirely off what you tell it, which is a smaller surface and a much smaller privacy question.

The company is one person. The policy is written for Jordan Rivera, doing business as Nudge, which makes this the only sole trader in the directory and the only listing where the operator's own name is the legal entity. The policy itself is a generator's standard text: it lists privacy rights for eighteen states, says it collects nothing from third parties, and never mentions AI, training or a model provider at all.

The button on the front page puts an ampersand where the question mark belongs, which is malformed under RFC 5724: the standard opens the field list with a question mark, so without it the message text sits inside the recipient. Apple has historically been lenient about this and nothing else is. The number is recorded here and the link is not.
