A health coach that texts you every day, and calls it out when you slip

Nudge is an AI agent you reach on iMessage and SMS. To start, tap one link. It reaches out on a schedule.

iMessageSMS

How it works

One job, done by nagging. Nudge learns your schedule, your gym situation and the diets that have failed before, builds a plan around them, then texts to ask how the workout went, adjusts when mornings are not happening, and says something when you stop replying.

It is one of the few listings here that publishes a price without being asked, and the price is the argument: $29 a month set against the $300 to $500 the site says a human coach costs. Accountability is the product, so the proactive messaging is the feature rather than a growth tactic.

The privacy policy is a general template, last updated on 9 February 2026, and it says nothing at all about whether conversations train a model. For a product whose entire input is your health, your habits and what you have failed at before, that silence is the finding.

Building one instead? The infrastructure side is a separate half of this site: every provider that carries these messages, what they charge, and what the headline price leaves out. Start with How to build an iMessage agent in 2026.
